JOB - Junior Project Manager
Sei un Project Manager (in italiano responsabile di progetto, con l'acronimo PM) se hai ricoperto, nell'organizzazione aziendale, funzioni di gestione operativa. Il PM è il responsabile unico dell'avvio, pianificazione, esecuzione, controllo e chiusura di un progetto facendo ricorso a tecniche e metodi di project management.
Competenze generali:
Capacità di utilizzare i dati raccolti e le risorse a disposizione per creare piani d’azione strategici, tattici ed esecutivi, che permettano al team Guanxi di raggiungere gli obiettivi fissati con il cliente.
Capacità di governare le diverse fasi del rapporto con il cliente, focalizzando l’attenzione sulla sua esperienza soggettiva nei confronti dell’azienda e del progetto

Capacità di mantenere l'effort proprio e del team in linea con quanto previsto dal progetto, riducendo al minimo sprechi ed inefficienze e mantenendo sotto controllo i principali rischi operativi, tattici e strategici.
Capacità di armonizzare programmazione ed esecuzione delle attività, assicurando il completamento dei task successivi, in costante allineamento con gli obiettivi del progetto
Capacità di utilizzare i principali strumenti digitali impiegati nel marketing e rimanere costantemente aggiornato sulle varie tecnologie
Competenze Tecniche che svilupperai:
- Capacità di utilizzare i principali strumenti digitali impiegati nel marketing e rimanere costantemente aggiornato sulle varie tecnologie.
- Capacità di leggere ed interpretare i dati generati dai canali inbound, per orientare e valutare l'efficacia delle scelte tattiche ed operative
- Conoscenza del comportamento degli algoritmi e degli utenti sui principali portali di ricerca, capacità di valutare efficacia e adeguatezza di un piano SEO
- Conoscenza di elementi e concetti di web design e delle best practices legate alla User Experience (UX).
- Conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione e markup
Strumenti che utilizzerai in Guanxi
- In Guanxi strumenti come Hubspot, Google Suite, Typeform, Analytics, 23, Semrush, Zoom, Slack, Coda (tra gli altri) sono strumenti di lavoro
- Conoscenza delle principali piattaforme di reportistica web (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) e dei principali software utilizzati per la creazione di dashboard (es. Data Studio)
Un Junior PM non ha bisogno di avere una competenze tecniche elevatissime in quanto supervisiona e guida processi. Serve però per noi assicurarci che ogni candidato abbia una chiara visione dei processi Sales, Marketing e Service.
